Chill Cryotherapy is thrilled to now offer medical-grade halotherapy!
What’s Halotherapy?
Halotherapy, or salt therapy, involves exposure to air with tiny salt particles to improve your breathing, sinuses and skin health. Halotherapy is considered an alternative treatment for lung problems such as asthma, bronchitis, cough, sinusitis, sinus infection & allergies. Halotherapy is also excellent for relieving skin conditions such as dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema and urticaria! Halotherapy can be especially helpful for those suffering from Long Covid as well.
Chill Cryotherapy offers active dry halotherapy! Our halotherapy booth is made out of glass and birchwood and utilizes a halogenerator, to which salt is added. The equipment breaks down the salt into tiny particles that circulate in the booth and are easily inhaled through the mouth and nose to clear lungs, throat, sinuses and nasal passages! Your skin also absorbs the microscopic salt particles leading to healthier, younger and more beautiful skin!
Our halotherapy is more effective than a passive salt room because our booth aerosolizes the salt so that it is easily inhaled and absorbed by your skin. Passive salt rooms use salt blocks which do not aerosolize the salt.
