RED LIGHT + NEAR INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY

Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low wavelength red light to improve your skin’s appearance such as reducing wrinkles, scars, redness and acne. Red light is also used to treat medical conditions, help you lose weight, reduce inflammation and much more! There is NO harmful UV content in our red light + near infrared device.

The Chill Cryotherapy red light device combines red light therapy with infrared heat or light. Users have the option to use both forms of light or just one. Please note: the heat is not intense (compared to the infrared sauna or slim pod) so you do not have to worry about profuse sweating. You will get warm but it is unlikely that you will break a sweat. You are welcome to do the red light therapy in your under garments or bathing suit: exposing more skin to the red light and infrared light will enhance your results!

While you are under the light you will notice that some of the lights shine very brightly red and some seem like they are not illuminated. This is totally normal—the red light “lights” will glow very bright red while the infrared heat lights are a much duller pin point light that you can barely see. So don’t worry—you are getting both lights!

Our Red Light & Infrared Light device provides 630-680nm red light wavelength which is the optimal healing spectrum of red light and 800 to 880nm, the optimal healing spectrum of near-infrared light! You can choose to use red light only, infrared light only or ideally—the combination of both for maximum results!

Our red light device is 50 inches long so you can cover much of your body in a single treatment. You can choose to expose your face and upper body and torso or concentrate on your lower torso and body. Treatment time is 15 minutes. We do require that you wear FDA confirmed protective eyewear during your treatment, even if you are not including your face in the treatment. The red light is very bright and it can affect your vision quality temporarily if you do not wear the goggles!

Some of the well-documented benefits of red light therapy are:
